Acting as the backbone and co-coordinator in our day-to-day operations, our Operations Team helps to support the business as accounting and administrative support. Together with the rest of the team in the Company, they help the Company to project forward and beyond.
Our programmers specialize in J2EE, .Net and the Zend frameworks with detailed knowledge of Java, C#, and PHP. Our teams are routinely called in for the difficult jobs, such as embedded C++ programming that interfaces to a .Net application, conversion of Java applications to run as .Net across multiple platforms, and development of enterprise applications that live on the web.
Infrastructure Support Team
Our Infrastructural Support Team supports our out-sourcing team to ensure that yourinfrastructures are kept operational and running smooth. Their key functions are:
- Help-Desk Agents to assist customers with or without IT Departments to perform daily “fire-fighting” task like supporting end-users in their computing requirements.
- Server Support Engineers to advise the appropriate settings and configurations of servers and operating system on a project or contract basis.
- Network Engineers to perform network installations and trouble-shooting on project basis or contract basis.
