All Ad-Hoc Servicing will be responded within the same day (subject to support hours)
Support hours are as follow:
Mondays – Fridays, 0900hrs to 1800hrs.
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not included.
Out-of-scope charges for corporate:
– Mondays – Fridays 1800 hrs to 2359 hrs (S$200/hr min 2 hours),
– Mondays – Thursdays after 2359 hrs (S$250/hr),
– Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays (S$400/hr min 2 hours)
– Immediate Request (S$160/hr)
All prices stated are exclusive of 7% GST
Out-of-scope charges for homes:
– Mondays – Fridays 1800 hrs to 2359 hrs (S$90/hr),
– Mondays – Thursdays after 2359 hrs (S$180/hr),
– Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays (S$300/hr)
– Immediate Request (S$160/hr)
